FIBRE MOOD X MOMU.

As part of the Re-evaluate project, Fibre Mood was given the opportunity to translate a historical piece from the Momu Antwerp study collection into a contemporary and accessible pattern that radiates the spirit and look of the original. This dress translates that mentality into material and cut. The straight, bias-cut silhouette allows the body to move without stiffening, the asymmetrical hem breaks with traditional floor-length evening wear, and the striking zigzag motif references both Egyptian imagery and the modern design of the 1920s. The result is a garment that only takes shape when in motion.

Fabric recommendations:

For this sleeveless, lined dress, it's best to choose a fabric that drapes well. Think of satin, crepe, viscose Combine with a light, smooth lining, such as viscose, acetate or cupro, so that the dress glides comfortably over the body and offers extra comfort.
